I had never had a massage before. It was really relaxing, I loved it and plan to come back. It's so worth it, good not just for the body but for self-esteem too.

Step by step

Your session, from start to finish

We talk first

You tell me how your sleep, digestion and stress levels are, because that guides which points I focus on.

Point by point, on both feet

I work with my thumb on specific points of the sole, the top of the foot and the toes. Some points are more sensitive than others, and that already tells us something.

You feel it beyond your feet

Most people feel the effect throughout the body as well as in the feet. That's the whole point of the technique.

What it's for

What reflexology solves

It's the technique for people who find it hard to relax, and for those who aren't comfortable with a full body massage.

  • Stress, the built-up kind that has become your normal state.
  • Fatigue, especially for people who spend the day standing or walking a lot.
  • Fluid retention, that feeling of swollen legs and feet at the end of the day.
  • Trouble relaxing, when you can't slow down even when you try.
Being straight with you

When I recommend something else

I'd rather tell you this before you pay for a session that won't work for you.

Reflexology is for you if
  • You want to relax but aren't comfortable with a full body massage
  • You spend the day standing or walking a lot
  • It's your first time and you'd rather start with something more private
  • You're curious to feel the whole body effect starting from your feet
Then I'll point you another way
  • If your complaint is localized pain in your back or shoulder, a therapeutic massage goes straight to it
  • If you have a wound, fungal infection or injury on your feet, we need to wait for it to heal
  • If you can't stand having your feet touched, and some people can't, we'll choose another technique, no problem

Frequently asked questions

Most asked questions about reflexology

If your question isn't here, send it on WhatsApp and I'll answer before you book.

Does it tickle?

That depends on you, because not everyone has ticklish feet. Those who do usually feel it only in the first few minutes, because the pressure is firm and steady instead of a light touch. If it keeps bothering you, I change the way I hold your foot.

Do I need to undress?

No. You lie down fully dressed, with only your feet uncovered, and I use a little oil on them.

Is there really a map of points on the feet?

Reflexology works on specific points of the feet that connect to organs and areas of the body, and that's where the whole body effect comes from. I stimulate these points based on what you tell me before we start.

Does it help people who spend the day on their feet?

Yes, and it's one of the most common complaints I see. Fatigue from standing or walking a lot, and that feeling of swollen legs and feet at the end of the day.

What if I don't like having my feet touched?

Some people feel that way and that's perfectly fine. We'll choose another technique with no awkwardness. It also can't be done if you have a wound, fungal infection or injury on your feet, in which case we wait for it to heal.
